It was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the location is full of charm and history ...overall a wonderful place to stay while in Venice. Loved the view from our window into the courtyard, spring is in full bloom. And even though it's early in the season , the weather was very hot... and the a/c worked.. yay

The gentleman at the desk were extremely helpful. They recognize me by name because I had spoken on the phone with one of them and emailed another. It was great to be recognized. We were treated extremely well.

The shower could have a proper door, and the curtain is so annoying Not being rude, but if you're overweight, the bathroom can be a problem, for any normal person, it's absolutely fine.

I enjoyed that this hotel is a small, older building with character. The staff was very helpful and it was a little out of the way from all the tourists.

Location is amazing. Beautiful spot in walking distance to all the main sites, yet away from the crowds so much quieter. Couldnt have been more perfect for us. The staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay - would definitely book again for excellent budget friendly stay.

We didnt like the hotel, we arrived and the employees were not nice and polite with us beside that they dont speak English and it was very difficult to find the location of the hotel. The air conditioner didnt work and we had 38c degrees. We didnt even stay there cause in the first night a BED BUG INFESTATION bit us very bad and infested our luggage, so at 3am we had to leave the hotel and find another one leaving part of our clothes and belongings. Because of that we had to leave Venice in the next morning to find a hospital to medical inspection cause we had fever and allergy plus laundry service to disinfect our luggages.

Lovely location - pretty looking over the canal and not too busy. Close enough to walk to st marks square and Rialto (15-20 min) and also a short walk from both accademia and salute waterbus stops. Our hairdryer wasnt working on arrival and was promptly replaced when reported. Air con in room was good
